Kelly and Jon were an absolute joy to work alongside as we photographed their wedding (and engagement photos in Italy - blog post to come, so stay tuned!)
The wedding itself was held at one of my absolute favourite venues, Hycroft Manor. White Events designed a beautiful day and Celsia put together the floral arrangements. It was a dream team! The backdrop was this lovely dusty blue, artistic and romantic. The ceremony set up was eclectic with a variety of couches and chairs for the guests to enjoy and watch Kelly and Jon’s special moment. The space was gorgeous and had an old, European charm that tied in with the engagement shoot perfectly. Throughout the evening, Kelly changed into 2 additional dresses; she went all out and was stunning in every one. The time spent with Kelly and Jon, from engagement shoot to the wedding day, was so special. They were a wonderful couple to work with and we’re very excited to be shooting Jon’s brother’s wedding in Bali this week! Shooting family and friends and reconnecting at other weddings is always such a bonus for us as we continue to photograph and form relationships with couples around Vancouver.
