C&B Helicopter Anniversary Shoot

I had so much fun photographing Charissa and Benson's extra wedding shoot, so I was so excited when they asked me to photograph their anniversary shoot. These anniversary shoots are becoming more and more popular and I'm loving it! I look back at picture of Ken and I from our wedding and our style has changed so much, so I think it's great to get photos done every couple of years to truly capture your love story.

Truvelle 2018 Lookbook

One shoot I look forward to every year is the Truvelle Lookbook. The mastermind behind this brand, Gaby, has such a keen eye and talent, to find the most unique backdrops to shoot her gorgeous gowns. This year shooting in Cappadocia, Turkey, did not disappoint.

Shooting hot air balloons at sunrise, walking in caves with camels, exploring ancient ruins and climbing on edges of cliffs, were just some of the stunning adventures we went on while shooting this lookbook.

Painted Rock Winery Wedding: L+E

Well, this was an epic blog. But there were just too many photos full of love and beauty, I couldn't resist. I feel like there is nothing left for me to say, you can see it all. Lauren & Edgars are two of the most genuine and lovely people and they are blessed to be surrounded by just as lovely and genuine friends and family. They're wedding was everything you could have asked for. Gorgeous weather, great people, touching vows, quality speeches, lots of laughs and a few tears. The cherry on top was that it took place at their own family winery, the one and only, Painted Rock.

Lake Como Engagement

Nothing is quite as beautiful and romantic as the stunning Villa Balbianello in Lake Como. That's why it was the perfect place to capture the beautiful and romantic love of Solgo and Alex. Spend just two minutes with these two and you'll know they are perfect together.

Hycroft Wedding: Gloria & Zee

I have shot a lot of weddings (around 250) and Gloria and Zee's wedding has to be one of my favourites. I just love the elegant, fine art look. Not only was everything just drop dead gorgeous thanks to their dream team (see below), but it was so much fun! They had musical acts from their wedding party and family members...but the best was the surprise mash-up dance by Gloria and her dad!

Gloria & Zee Pre-Wedding Photos

This was one FUN pre-wedding shoot. We started at Back in the Saddle Again and shot with some stunning horses. I have to say the staff there was amazing and the horse were so well trained. After that, we headed to Jericho beach, my go-to for the prettiest light and the most romantic trees and long grass. We ended the day in West Van for some epic ocean/cliff shots...always a favourite of mine, with the most perfect sunset and clouds. I couldn't have asked for a better day or a better couple.

Sophie & Evan Brockhouse Wedding

We have been so busy, shooting, shooting, raising a new baby, shooting, traveling and more shooting, that we've had no time to post hardly any of the 41 weddings we did last year!

Jillian Harris's Baby Shower

I was so excited when asked to photograph, Jillian Harris (former Bachelorette and current host of HGTV Love it or List Vancouver) baby shower. The event was so gorgeous! I loved how everyone wore white. Giving guests a colour palette to wear is a fun idea for any event! And if you follow the star on social media, which I know many of you do, you will know that she end up having a beautiful baby boy, named Leo. Everyone at the shower was thinking boy...it's funny how some times you just know.

This event was feature in Hello Canada Magazine

Nikki & Ken's Sunset Vancouver Engagement

We started Nikki & Ken's engagement session in a special spot for them, Pacific Spirit Park, where they walk their dog, Ducky. And I just have to mention this is no ordinary dog, this is the most well behave dog I have ever met. I think Nikki and Ken may be dog whisperers. If we ever get a dog, these are the first two I'm calling up for training advice.
